Join us for an uplifting morning of movement, music and play during an Ecstatic Dance Silent Disco! 
 

Morning Glory is a 1.5 hour ecstatic dance session focused on freedom of expression through dance. The event creates a joyful, non-judgmental space where participants connect with their body and spirit. 
 

 What to Expect:

• Silent Disco Headphones: We’ll provide wireless headphones or receiver, so you can immerse yourself in the beats while keeping the atmosphere undisturbed. At various points during the show, you can switch between multiple music options to match your vibe.

• Ecstatic Dance: Move however you feel—there’s no right or wrong way. Just let the rhythm guide you and express yourself in whatever way feels good for you. We encourage a non-verbal space and interaction should only occur with clear expressions of consent. 


Our facilitator Brooklyn Glass will lead the ecstatic dance journey, helping you explore self-expression and movement in a supportive and energizing environment. The session includes a facilitator-led introduction, guidelines explanation, free-flow dancing, and a grounding session, and a guided meditation to close.

 

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a first timer, everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family, or come solo, all are welcome.

The facilitator welcomes everyone and shares the purpose of Morning Glory. They briefly discuss the philosophy of ecstatic dance as a form of personal expression and healing, setting the ground rules for engagement. Emphasize the importance of connecting with one's body and spirit through movement, using only non-verbal expression, and communicating clearly. 
 

Participants gather for a brief warm-up session with guided stretches with upbeat music that gradually increasing in tempo. 

Participants are open to express themselves freely through dance. The music begins, carrying participants into a non-verbal, free-flow dancing experience. Participants are encouraged to dance in their own space or connect with others if they feel drawn to do so. The facilitator may move through the crowd, offering subtle encouragement or holding space for the dancers. This period is all about self-expression, with participants grooving to the music, releasing energy, and enjoying the collective vibe. Be attentive to the crowd, ensuring that everyone feels included and safe.

The music gradually slows, signaling the end of the dance session. The facilitator encourages participants to soften their movements, breathe deeply, and find a comfortable position on the ground. Facilitator leads a short grounding meditation, inviting participants to reflect on their experience and bring their awareness back to the present.

Facilitator leads a short, calming meditation focusing on deep breath and body awareness. Participants are encouraged to let go of any tension and become present in the moment. They can choose between three different ambient sounds. The session closes as participants are invited to share an Om mantra.
